ISO 9001:2008: Product and service provision 7.5

Auditors will often expect to see evidence that all production activities are well defined and understood by personnel. This is generally ascertained through interviews with employees on the production floor, review of documentation and through direct observation. ISO 9001 specifies five aspects to control:
