Introduction and purpose
The purpose of the product and service provision procedure is to define the activities required to ensure that all elements of the production and service provision process are planned and conducted under control conditions to further ensure conformity to customer or other specified requirements.
Application and scope
The product and service provision procedure has been developed to assist in meeting the requirements of Clause 8.5 of ISO 9001:2015 - Production and service provision.
The scope of the procedure applies to all production and service provision processes which are controlled through product specifications and work instructions and that suitable equipment is used and properly maintained with the use of specified measuring and monitoring equipment and activities.
