ISO 9001: Other documents

Other quality management system documents might include:

  1. Text-based procedures
  2. Flow-charts aka process maps
  3. Customer specifications (see 7.5.4)
  4. British or International standards
  5. Product-related legislation (e.g. CE Regulations, CDM Regulations, etc.)
  6. CDM Regulations apply in the construction industry
  7. EE Regulations apply to electrical engineers
  8. CE Regulations apply in many industries

Decide which, if any, regulations apply to you. Where there are regulations, they may require a greater level of documentation than ISO 9001.
