Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing ISONavigator and/or by purchasing any of our products, you agree to accept, without limitation or qualification, all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please exit ISONavigator immediately.

Ownership
ISONavigator (the "Website") offers products for sale (collectively the “Products”) and information on ISO 9000 and quality management. The Products and information are offered by S W Keen and its affiliates (collectively, "we" or "us"). Access to and use of the Website and the Products is subject to any specific terms and conditions set forth on the individual pages within the Website and these Terms and Conditions (collectively, the "Terms"), and all applicable laws and regulations, including laws and regulations governing copyright and trademark. We reserve the right at any time to change any of the terms and conditions contained herein or any information contained in the Website. Any such changes will appear on the individual pages of the Website and/or on this screen. By using the Website, you agree in advance to accept any such changes.

Product Copyright and Use
All Products are copyrighted materials which are protected under UK and international copyright law. Purchase of the Products gives you the following rights:
• You may use the Products as templates to create your own manuals, policies, procedures and forms. You may modify the Microsoft Word version of the Products directly in order to create your own.
• You may save the Products on a file server or a web server or any other electronic media for access by more than one person.

• You are not allowed to sell any of the Products or distribute them to a Third Party

Credit Card
For credit card orders, visit any product page on this site and select the product you would like to purchase.
You will be directed to PayPal's secure web server page where you can fill out and submit an order form. When payment has been completed you will then be re-directed to our download page. We are PayPal Verified

Purchase Order
You may order Products with a purchase order (PO), enabling you to receive the product before payment.
We accept purchase orders from governmental entities and businesses. Business purchase orders require pre-approval.
After selecting the products you wish to buy, e-mail your billing address and order no. You will receive download instructions via email as soon as we process your order.

All ownership and copyright of the software and derived materials remain the property of ISONavigator until such time as it has been paid for in full. You may evaluate the software for 14 days, payment is due on the 15th day. If you you decide, for any reason, the the software is not suitable for you, e-mail us and cancel your order order within 14 days.

UK Distance Selling Regulations give you the following protections:

The right to receive clear information about goods and services before you buy
A forum for resolving cross-border disputes
A cooling off period of seven working days in which you can cancel a contract
Protection from credit card fraud

Product Delivery Options
The Products are available for download or CD-ROM. If you have difficulties downloading or opening a file, please contact info@iso9001help.co.uk

Returns Policy
You may delete (and return CD-ROM) Product for refund or cancellation of invoice (as appropriate) within 14 days of download or delivery.

By accessing our Website and/or by purchasing the Products you agree to hold harmless S W Keen from and against any and all claims, actions, and damages (including legal fees) resulting from your use of our products, your use of our Website and the content of the Products and Website.
