This site was created in 2002 as a project to freely share our knowledge and experience with the world-wide ISO 9000 community and to provide people with the very latest ISO 9000 information and 21st Century quality thinking.

Why do we do this then? Well, we do it because we like it - call it a passion for Quality.

We feel that too many consultants are still peddling costly, out-dated and over-documented solutions that complicate ISO 9000, rather than simplifying it.

We say - base your quality system on your normal business practice.

Web Master

Gene maintains the web site and writes a blog on search-engine optimization with tips on improving search engine placement. When he is not burning the midnight oil at the keyboard, Gene enjoys playing the drums.

Steve Williams
Technical Marketing

Steve has 30 years experience in quality and general management and is responsible for our sales strategy. Steve also writes this marketing blog. Outside work he loves countryside pursuits.
